NeeDoh publishes this information for customers placing orders in the United States.

Order preparation and delivery

We generally process an order within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier conditions.

Tracking and address corrections

Tracking details are emailed after the order ships. Review the delivery address before checkout and contact us quickly if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

Problems in transit

For a delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered order, provide the available order and carrier details. We will investigate and explain the next appropriate step.
